The reference figure is the agreed gross target annual salary including variable components and bonuses (market standard). The fee also applies if the candidate is hired for a different role, in a different contract form or by an affiliated company within 12 months of introduction. Professionals with foreign qualifications who are already in Germany are placed on the same terms.
Fewer CVs, better fit.

Short answers
Do you also do temp agency work?
No. Permanent placement only. That keeps us independent and your costs predictable.
How large does my organisation need to be?
It does not matter. A practice with one vacancy gets the same process as a hospital with five.
Do you place professionals with foreign qualifications?
Yes, if they are already in Germany and recognition or Approbation (German medical licence) is in place or imminent. We do not actively recruit abroad and follow the WHO Global Code of Practice. Terms are the same.
What if the person leaves during probation?
The fee is earned on signature of the employment contract; we do not offer a guarantee. In return you see everything you need before deciding: pre-interview, documents, references, our assessment. Assessing fit in the interview is your call.
How fast is it?
First introductions usually within two weeks, placement typically in 30 to 60 days.
